The company is engaged in the wholesale trade of dairy products, eggs and edible oils and fats. It was incorporated in September of 1987 and conducts business in its registered head office located in Sinarcas, Spain. The company is involved in the following activities: manufacturing dairy products (except frozen) from raw milk and/or processed milk products; manufacturing dairy substitutes (except frozen) from soybeans and other nondairy substances; and manufacturing dry, condensed, concentrated, and evaporated dairy and dairy substitute products. Its dairy products sold include butter, cheese, ice cream and ices, and fluid milk and cream. Moreover, the company is also active in the wholesale of shortening, table oils, margarine, and other edible fats and oils.
